#Depression doesn’t discriminate. Global statistics show 1 in 10 people have lived through depression at some point in their life. It could be any one of us.

This story brings to you the signs and symptoms of depression. We’ve tried to bring it alive, on a Maldivian shore, with its lapping waves, and the changing colors.

We created this story, to reach out to anyone who may be going through it, or knows someone who needs help. It is important to recognize it. Depression is treatable. Don’t wait, seek help early!
